Adelbert Bucher is a Swiss master chocolatier, currently employed by the Swiss chocolate company Lindt and Sprüngli Schweiz AG. Bucher, of Luzern, Switzerland, has sculpted iconic monuments such as the Blue Mosque of Istanbul, Turkey, San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge, the ''Titanic'', as well as Dubai's Emirates Towers out of chocolate.
